Heavy Waste:

OFS Solid Waste Services will collect and dispose of bulky trash (however, Section 608 of the Clean Air Act has established regulations that are relevant to the disposal of refrigeration/AC equipment). Heavy Waste collection is provided with contractual agreement through an HOA, Municipality or MUD District. Individuals having heavy waste pickup should confirm that these services are provided by their respective organization, otherwise contact us for pickup and payment arrangements.

• One heavy item will be collected either day of regular pick-up
• Furniture (couch, table, mattress, box spring, desk, dresser, etc.)
• Trampolines (broken down, please place metal with recycling if possible)
• Basketball goals (broken down into sections 4′ or shorter, no concrete in base or poles)

Yard Waste:

• Place grass clippings in cans or bags under 40 pounds
• Branches should be placed in individual piles measuring no larger than 4′ long x 2′ high, with branches no more than 3″ in diameter. Bundles should be tied and be no more than 40 pounds. Limit three bundles per service day.
